Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bookacha mobile application, website, or related services ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Section 02

Eligibility

Bookacha services are available only to individuals and businesses who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Section 03

Nature of Services

Bookacha is a technology platform that enables users to:

Book parcel shipment services
Connect with independent logistics providers
Locate transport operators across India
Book commercial vehicles for cargo
Manage transportation-related activities

Section 04

User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for all aspects of their shipments. This includes but is not limited to:

Shipment contents and accurate description
Proper packaging and labelling
Ensuring legality of all transported goods
Tax compliance and invoice accuracy
Compliance with all applicable regulations

Section 05

Shipment & Logistics Disclaimer

        Bookacha and Venba Enterprises act solely as intermediary technology platform providers. We do not physically inspect parcels or verify shipment contents. Users and transport operators are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
      

Section 06

Prohibited Goods

Users shall not use the Bookacha platform to transport any of the following:

Explosives & weapons

Narcotics & drugs

Hazardous chemicals

Counterfeit goods

Wildlife products

Stolen property

Unlawful items under Indian law

Any other contraband

Section 07

Third-Party Operators

Transport providers and logistics operators listed on Bookacha are independent third parties. Bookacha is not responsible for their actions, delays, damages, misconduct, or negligence. Any disputes with operators must be resolved directly between users and the respective operator.

Section 08

Account Registration

Users may register on the Bookacha platform using a valid mobile number and OTP (One-Time Password) authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

Bookacha and Venba Enterprises shall not be liable for any of the following:

Shipment loss or theft
Transport delays or missed deliveries
Damaged or deteriorated goods
User disputes with operators
Illegal goods transportation by users
Indirect or consequential losses of any kind

Section 10

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookacha and Venba Enterprises, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

Misuse of the Platform
Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Infringement of any third-party rights
Transportation of prohibited goods

Section 11

Data Retention & Account Deletion

Certain records — including shipment history, invoices, GST/PAN records, and communications — may be retained for legal compliance and operational continuity even after account deletion.

Section 12

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
